Taste: The structure is quite full-bodied and with a dry taste, with an evident but never sharp and pungent tannin.
Food pairings: It goes very well with typical local products such as cured meats, first courses based on red sauces and white meat dishes. It can also be combined with seafood appetizers (for example: Sea snails in porchetta)
