Grapes: Montepulciano in a measure of not less than 85% with the addition of 15% Sangiovese.
Appearance: Intense ruby red color with purple hues at a young age, garnet and orange tones as it ages.
Scent: The scent is pleasant and vinous in the first period, fruity and floral aromas emerge in maturity.
Taste: Aromatic persistence and great fruity on the palate.
Food pairings: It combines young with succulent foods, with first courses of filled pasta, with first courses of meat, with cured meats.
